ESH provides a platform that connects international students with accommodation providers. We facilitate property listings, marketing, lead generation, and booking services but do not own or manage properties.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Pay all required fees as per the booking agreement.

4. Booking and Payments

  • Bookings are subject to availability and approval by the property provider.

  • Payment terms, including deposits and rent, are determined by the property provider.

  • ESH may charge a service fee for facilitating bookings.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • All payments made to Expert Student Housing (ESH) are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes.

  • ESH reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.

10. Amendments
